1. What areas do you service?

We provide cleaning services in Adams, Juneau, Sauk, Columbia and Southern Wood Counties in Wisconsin! Contact us with your address to confirm availability.

2. What types of cleaning services do you offer?

Examples:

· Standard Recurring/Quarterly Cleanings 

· Deep Cleanings

· Real Estate Cleaning

· Event Prep/Clean Up

· Move-in/Move-out cleanings

· Post-construction cleanings

3. Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?

Yes, cleaners undergo background checks, and we are insured for your protection.

4. What happens if something is broken or damaged?

We only hire cleaners who have integrity. That means, we shine a spotlight on an issue, rather than sweeping it under the rug. If anything is broken or damaged, our staff are trained to photograph it and report it immediately. Each cleaner is careful and respectful of your space, but we are all human and accidents do happen. Once the damage is reported to the office, we will contact you to discuss a quick and fair resolution. We will do our best to repair or replace an item that is broken. If you have any irreplaceable items we ask that you put these away for safe-keeping. Please communicate any concerns you may have during booking. Please note, we do not replace or repair items that had existing damage or were improperly installed. 

4. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many clients provide a door code or leave a key in a secure location. Whatever you’re comfortable with works for us.

5. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No — we bring all supplies and equipment.

6. How do I book a cleaning?

New clients can fill out our consultation form under "Services", schedule online, call or text us at 920-427-0988. You can email us with questions or to book an appointment or consultation at DellsMaidCleaning@gmail.com. Recurring appointments can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

7. How do I pay for my cleaning? Do I tip?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH. Tips are never expected, but are greatly appreciated. Most clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each cleaning, but some prefer to provide a large tip at the end of the year. We love hearing that our work is appreciated and if you’d like to leave a review on our website, we’d greatly appreciate it! 

8. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel. You will receive reminder emails and text notifications before your cleaning. We require a 48-hour notice for cancellation – email, voicemail and messages are acceptable and time-stamped for accuracy. If you are unable to provide 48-hour notice you will be charged 25% of your cleaning. Any same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the cleaning. 

9. What happens if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Our cleaners will leave a review card for you. After your service, please scan the QR code and leave a review. If you have any issues, please note them. We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If something was missed, contact us and we will make it right.

10. How long will cleanings take?

Each home is unique, because of the home’s specific needs, it may take more or less time for us to clean your home compared to your neighbors. Once we get to know your home, it will be quite consistent with how long each cleaning will take. 

When you set up your initial cleaning, we will provide you with an estimate of how long a regular cleaning will take. Then, once we have provided the initial or deep cleaning, we will have a much better idea of how long a regular cleaning will take. 

11. Do I have to have a set cleaning schedule?

In short, no. We would love to have you as a regular client, but we can provide services as often as you would like. Some clients request cleaning services for special events or move-in and move-out services. We are happy to provide any services as often as you need.

12. Are pets okay during the cleaning?

Absolutely! To ensure that everyone is safe and comfortable, we do recommend that the animal be in a crate or a separate room for the duration of the job. Please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure your cleaner is comfortable and prepared. Please Note: We do NOT walk, feed or clean up urine or feces left from animals. 

13. What should I do before cleaners arrive?

A quick declutter helps us focus on detailed cleaning. No deep prep needed.

14. Do you offer discounts for recurring cleanings?

Most companies offer reduced rates for weekly, biweekly, monthly and quarterly cleanings. Contact us and we can work something out!

15. Do you clean inside appliances?

We clean inside appliances for EMPTY residential cleaning services! 

16. Do you change linens or clean towels?

We change linens and clean towels for Vacation Rentals.
