The company went under new management a few months ago and since that time their communications and services have been everything I would expect from a cleaning company. We throw last minute rentals in, last minute requests, you name it and they are always able to flex and meet our needs - which is hard to do in the vacation rental business. they also keep an eye on our property and recognize when things are misplaced, damaged, etc so that we can perform appropriate repairs and address issues with renters. Managing a rental business by yourself can be stressful, but I have never ever had to worry about whether my property would be turned over appropriately before the next guests. To people reading prior reviews on thoroughness, I will say that if there are exceptionally grimey things that it would be prudent to perform a deep cleaning first, as a regular cleaning isn't designed from a cost perspective to achieve what you may be looking for. When we requested a quote, we received their recommendation of a deep clean first to appropriately clean the extra grimey stuff (take apart fixtures to clean, etc) and lay a good cleanliness foundation and then perform the cleanings after renters. This was definitely the way to go and now we perform deep cleanings once a year or more frequently if it's recommended. Cleaning large spaces isn't cheap and won't cover a deep cleaning of an entire home no matter where you look. The team is knowledgeable, communicates promptly, and have been reliable in the several years we have used them.
